Meet Your Instructor: Britney is a seasoned instructor, who creates classes that aim to nurture the body and strengthen the mind. She gained her knowledge of Pilates through study of lineages by Kathy Grant, Romana Kryzanowska, and the STOTT Pilates method. Britney fuses her years of knowledge to deliver a powerful and thoughtful class each time she steps onto the mat. The ability to walk with each student, at any level on their fitness journey is a big part of what keeps her coming back to the mic. Britney's classes focus on celebrating what your body is capable of doing, through mindful and intentional movement.
