Join Britney for a creative Pilates mat workout, followed by a social hour at Boston Dance Studios. Britney brings over eight years of knowledge to create classes that aim to nurture the body and strengthen the mind. Britney has had the pleasure of training and teaching in many movement spaces throughout New England including Equinox, Down Under School of Yoga and Life Time Fitness. Britney's classes focus on celebrating what your body is capable of doing, through mindful and intentional movement.
