About the event
The Soulful Sister Collective is happy to present Women In Wellness: An afternoon of movement and meaningful conversation, at Boston's premier music venue, Big Night Live.
Meet us on the big stage and get ready to dance the afternoon away, in celebration of Black Women in wellness.
Agenda: Dance Party + Yoga
Join Nicole on the big stage, for a 45min Dance Party,
followed by a relaxing cool down with Therlande
Nicole's contagious energy will have you groovin' all morning long. Therlande's calm, cool and collected presence will leave your body and mind at ease.
Women in Wellness Panel:
We're excited to partner with Ashley Mitchell, founder of the Further Forward Podcast and The Courage Campaign. Ashley leads the Women in Wellness panel, we're you'll get the opportunity to hear from community leaders like:
Aubrey: Founder of Brilates Body: A mobile Pilates studio, led with the mission of making Pilates accessible to BIPOC and marginalized communities.
Bernie Levv: Featured in Business Insider, Voyage LA. Founder of Levv Co, a Black Woman-owned wellness resource hub for women; as well as CO-Founder & COO of Levv & Jane.

Do I need to bring a mat?
No. Mats will not be used for this event
Can I take this class if I am new to Dance/Yoga?
Absolutely! This event is designed with all levels in mind.
Can I take this class if I am pregnant?
We recommend consulting with your doctor or OBGYN first, especially if you are starting something new. Your activity levels prior to and during pregnancy play a role in determining what is appropriate for you. Your doctor will be able to provide the best recommendation.
What should I wear?
Wear something that you feel comfortable moving in! Sneakers and layers are recommend for this event.
What is parking like?
Street parking is limited in the area. We recommend Spot Hero for best available options. The closest train stops are North Station & Hynes Convention Center.
What happens if I purchase a ticket & am unable to make it?
