Summer Picnic Social (FREE EVENT)

Welcome to the Soulful Sister Collective! We're a community and sisterhood, dedicated to the inclusion, appreciation and empowerment of Black Women. Join us Sunday August 30th for BYOF picnic.

We're taking things outside in August! Grab your favorite snacks and cute summer fit and join us for an afternoon of sunshine, sisterhood and good conversation. On August 30th, we're gathering outdoors for a free summer social. Think light activities, easy laughs and the kind of connection that makes Summer memorable. There's no agenda, no pressure, just good company, warm vibes and a reason to get outside. Pack your favorite food and come ready to unwind and soak up the last days of Summer.

• What should I bring?

  • All you need is a snack to share and yourself.

• Travel/ Parking?

There is plenty of parking near the park. The closest train station to Denahy park is Alewife, is a ~15min walk away.

• Where should I go once I get to the park?

  • Once you arrive, head to the tables just beyond the playground. near Sherman St. If you arrive after 12:30P, head to the hill located next to Miyawaki Forest.
