About the event
Welcome to the Soulful Sister Collective! A community and sisterhood, dedicated to the inclusion, appreciation and empowerment of Black Women. Join Aubrey for an all-levels Reformer Pilates class, followed by light refreshments from Ines Organics & a social hour. Please note that this event includes 2 time slots: 6:00p & 7:30p. Meet Your Instructor: Aubrey: Aubrey (she/her) is a Public Health Practitioner and a comprehensive Pilates teacher. As founder of Brilates Body LLC, a mobile Pilates studio, she leads with the mission of making Pilates accessible to BIPOC and marginalized communities while reducing stress and empowering future selves through mindful movement and intentional breathing.
