Meet Your Instructor: Britney is seasoned fitness instructor and community builder. When she's not teaching all over the city, she's planning events for the Soulful Sister Collective, which she founded in 2024. Britney has had the pleasure of teaching classes for many studios & brands throughout New England including Life Time Fitness, Down Under School of Yoga, PUMA, Seaport Sweat, DAYBREAKERS + many more! Britney believes that movement is the key to happiness. That's why she leads with the mission of making movement as accessible as possible. She looks forward to moving with you soon! 💖

FAQ'S: BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Can I take this class if I am new to Reformer Pilates?

Absolutely! Class is designed with all levels in mind.

What should I wear?

Wear something that you feel comfortable moving in and please bring grip socks! Grip socks are required when using the Reformer for safety and hygiene purposes.

Where can I purchase grip socks?

Sticky/grip can be found online, in store (Tjmaxx, Lululemon, Athleta, VIOURI).

Can I take this class if I am pregnant?

While this is a low impact class, we recommend speaking with your doctor or OBGYN first, especially if you are starting something new. Your activity levels prior to and during pregnancy play a role in determining what is appropriate for you. Your doctor will be able to provide the best recommendation.

What is parking/travel like?

Your ticket includes up to 2 1/2 hours of validated parking in the garage connected to Life Time. After two hours, parking is $5 per hour. Please avoid the open parking lot adjacent to the building if you plan to be at the facility for more than an hour, as towing is prevalent. Prior to leaving the facility, please validate your ticket at the front desk. If traveling by public transit, Life Time is ~7 min walk from orange line Station Landing Train Station.
