As founder of Brilates Body LLC, a mobile Pilates studio, she leads with the mission of making Pilates accessible to BIPOC and marginalized communities while reducing stress and empowering future selves through mindful movement and intentional breathing.
What is Reformer Pilates? Pilates is an exercise system that improves strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates combines breath, movement, and proper body mechanics to enhance physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels. Pilates done a reformer offers the same benefits with the added bonus of resistance. Since resistance can be tailored to challenge you as you progress, it makes it a suitable alternative for all fitness levels. The Reformer’s structure supports the body in alignment and helps execute movements more accurately, providing immediate feedback on your form. See FAQ's below ⬇️
